About Eden Medics

Eden medics is a private specialist service provider in the areas of uro-gynaecology, urodynamics and general gynaecology. The service is based in Berwick - an eastern suburb of Melbourne but clinics are also held at West Gippsland, Frankston, Knox and Mulgrave. The services we provide include: urogynaecological procedures such as urodynamics, vaginal surgery, prolapse and urinary incontinence management for both public and private patients. It also provides general gynaecological services for menorrhagia, abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroid, ovarian cyst, subfertility, reversal of sterilisation, colposcopy, laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis and laparoscopic assisted hysterectomy, amongst others.

The Medical Director and clinician in charge of Eden Medics is Mr Ben Onyeka – an experienced UK trained specialist obstetrician and gynaecologist with full Australian accreditation and qualification. Ben is known for his brilliant expertise especially in urogynaecological/gynaecological surgery and has received awards in the UK for the outstanding results of his clinical excellence, innovative initiatives and urogynaecological surgery. In addition, Ben is also known for his warmth, friendly and empathetic approach to patients' care.

Ben currently holds a public appointment with Monash Health in Eastern Melbourne and has admitting rights at the following Hospitals: Casey Hospital Berwick, Saint John of God Hospital in Berwick, Knox Private Hospital, The Valley Private Hospital, Frankston Private Day Surgery Hospital and the South Eastern Private Hospital.
